Ok, kind of corny, oh well. I attempt being creative at times, and... let's just say it isn't always successful. I'll blame it on
the baby taking all my brains. :) My sisters are the better writers. Since the last post, I had a baby shower in Corvallis hosted by my friends Emily and Janelle, and it was a lot of fun. We all ate and talked and the guests made scrapbook pages for me to fill later with pictures of the baby. We had a nice time. Then I left the next morning at 4am for flights to South Dakota. The day I arrived, Father's Day, I had a shower put on by my sister Audri, sister-in-law Jenny, and good friend Mikayla at Kirby's parents' house. That was also so much fun and great to see family and friends right away. One thing was that they had little white onesies that all the guests tie dyed how they wanted, and they turned out so cute! The rest of the week, I spent time mainly with family, slept in my old room, helped out my Dad and my Mom, had lunch with friends, had a great time at my grandparents' house, and also at my in-laws. I am happy to be back home now, it was such a whirlwind before I left, now it's great to be back with Kirb and just be at home. I now have some time before the baby comes which will be so nice! As you know, we haven't found
out the sex of the baby, and even if we had we are just so excited for the little one to arrive! When I was first pregnant, I thought it was a girl, and then about 5 months along, I thought maybe I was wrong and that it w
as a boy, and now I am back with my first feeling. I guess I have a 50/50 chance! I am not going to feel bad if I am wrong. As long as the baby is healthy, I couldn't care less anyway. Either sounds like so much fun and such a wonderful addition to our family! People that I don't even know try to tell me what the baby is because of how I look or whatever, but who knows! It's fun to think about. My brother tells me when people do that or ask when the baby is due I should just say, "What baby?" and I did it the other day and it was pretty funny. :) Well, here are some pictures from the
last week! My sister-in-law Jenny took some pregnancy photos while I was in South Dakota, and here are a few. Thanks, Jen, they will be fun to have!
