Life is good and we are blessed. We were struggling with some things about life: Kirby’s work travel, wondering if we should stay in this area…just some things that we weren’t sure about. Suddenly, early in the year, many things started to happen that really helped guide us: we found a church we like and started going regularly, the Cora Crisis happened and we realized that while we are so far away from family, we certainly have many people out here who support us and are there for us, not only as friends and when we’re having fun, but especially in the time of need. That helped us just feel even more settled and feeling good about where we are and what we’re doing.
