It's the Icky Money!

Hi all, I am laughing hard while listening to my little son while he's up in his crib saying, "Icky money" which is how he says "Easter Bunny." He often sings and talks for a while before he falls asleep at night and tonight I can't quit giggling. He just keeps saying it over and over. It's funny that he says some things so perfectly and others he still has his own way. He calls Bugs Bunny "B-Money." It's cute. Anyway, we had a great day at a free Easter carnival at the country club (didn't have to be members to go). They have an Easter egg hunt, egg dyeing, cookie decorating, ice cream sundaes, cotton candy, coloring, a bouncy house, and prizes. Jeff got some egg-shaped sidewalk chalk, found some eggs, dyed an egg and then slammed it on the table, decorated a cookie, and just had a great time. Once he started looking for eggs, he refused to let go of his Easter basket. When we got in the car, it was already past when he goes down for a nap usually, and he still wouldn't let go of the basket. He fell asleep still holding tightly to it. This evening we had a little bbq with Mike, Staci, and Nick. We had some good burgers and stuff and played outside. The weather isn't fantastic here, but it was ok, not too cold and at least it wasn't raining steadily like it was supposed to. So here are a few photos from today, enjoy and have a wonderful Easter. He is risen! He is risen indeed!

Oh, I also wanted to report that Jeff, after about a month or more of having pretty terrible baths because he was scared and worried about poop, is now back to enjoying his bath!! It is very nice for that to be an enjoyable thing for him to do instead of only a necessity of getting clean. :) Yay!

Yay for fun baths! Claire is now taking 45-minute baths. I have to drain the water out and make her get out now. I can't wait for them to play together again. It will be so much fun!
